wedding trends in Tennessee
Several people have asked how this struggling economy is impacting weddings at Whitestone Country Inn.We will actually host more weddings this year than in 2009. The change is that a little less money is being spent on each wedding than in previous years. (There are exceptions) Less on flowers,less on dresses, less on food. Brides are still looking for an exceptional overall venue.
Outdoor weddings atr a popular option. Whitestone benefits from have the incredible views from the heart-shaped marble patio and gazebo but providing the Chapel of the Good Shepherd in case of rain (without the cost of a tent).
Colors change. Styles change. But thank God the wedding is still the apex of a girl’s dream. Weddings are an incredibly importent part of the fabric of our society.
Whitestone Country Inn has been the site for over 1000 weddings. We hope they all “lived happily ever after”.
