The Sanctuary at Whitestone is a master planned, destination retreat community. Families and organizations are joining together to establish a retreat that enables residents and guests to experience the rest, refocus, and renewal essential to healthy and balanced living. The covenants and restrictions protect this purpose in perpetuity.

Adjacent to Whitestone Country Inn, the Sanctuary enjoys water frontage and magnificent views of Watts Bar Lake and the surrounding mountains. At the center of the 380 acre community is Crown Point, an 8 acre park with a pond, pavilion, and a prayer garden. The development has a rich treasure trove of mature hardwoods, quiet walking trails, a spring-fed stream, and plentiful wildlife.

In addition to being an ideal location for organizations that provide retreat based programming, The Sanctuary is also ideal for a second-home retreat. Retreat ownership is available as whole ownership or fractional ownership. Owners will have the opportunity to extend their home as a retreat facility to others, either by giving away time to friends and family, and/or by participating with Whitestone in blessing those in full-time ministry with reduced rental rates.
